I am soooo glad you stopped by today! This has been a terrific week! Even if we did have blizzard like conditions here...
I've made some real strides in my shoulder recovery, like I've turned a corner. It feels good to actually feel strength returning to my muscles and tendons. Yeah, it's baby steps, but that's how we finally got to run!
I also realized this week that during my recovery, I'd gotten a bit lazy. I wrote about it here...

Hello everyone, spring is here for us in sunny California. The temps this week has been in the 70's. My husband and I have been working in the gardens, getting things shaped up. Thank you Bloggers for sharing your lovely posts. We had over 300 linkups this week. Friday was St. Patrick's Day, so I cooked corned beef and cabbage. Get Your Green On!
