Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

Yum!! I'm definitely going to add this to my regular breakfast routine! 

My breakfast usually consist of either a smoothie or my Chia Oatmeal Porridge. Both are healthy, delicious, filling and super easy to make. 

Basically, you throw all the ingredients into the blender. Blend it up and enjoy! šŸ˜Š Great for on the go!

I love making smoothies especially on mornings when I am busy and have a ton going on. I like the convenience of being able to take it with me.

Here is my recipe for...

Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

1 frozen banana (It's best frozen, it makes the smoothie nice and cold.)
1 container of greek yogurt (I use a vanilla flavored one)
1/4 cup of pumpkin puree'
1/2 tsp. of pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 cup of milk ( I use Silk cashew milk)
2 handfuls of fresh spinach.

Blend til smooth. Enjoy! Easy right??
