I Am Free & { Manicure Miracle}

I know I've been off the grid for a week or so...
But for good reason!
I have been working my fingers to the bone!
I can't believe I'm going to write this....
Get ready for it...
Here it comes....
I have finished working at the apartments!
YES!

At least the ones we were working on are complete!
Not saying that there won't be more work in the future, but for right now I'm DONE!!!
The sense of freedom I am feeling is overwhelmingly GOOD!
I have so many things in the works here at the house, I desperately need to get organized.  I need to spend some time prioritizing and figure out what is bothering me the most.  That's pretty much how I roll.
Whatever is the biggest pain in the rear is what will get done next.  :D
I'm going to get my act together!  It maybe a whirlwind here at Stonybrook.

Anyway... After I finished sweating, cleaning, taking pics at the apartments today, I had the pleasure to go grocery shopping... Nice.
Smelling good, looking sweaty and dirty, that how I like to go shopping!
As I was collecting my purse and phone and keys, I glanced at my nails.  Ewww....
What I am about to show you needs a warning.  They are pretty ugly.  Remember I said I was working my fingers to the bone... not literally, but my nails are showing their wear.

Ok, here we go. I'm so embarrassed,
but of course not enough to NOT show you....

Yuck!  Now I just painted them on Sunday for the wedding.  They didn't last long.  Not when you are cleaning, caulking, painting, getting adhesive all over them, and banging them around.
I don't remember them ever being this bad. Ugh, so realizing that I'm done at the apartments (happy dance!)
I thought I'd see what Wally World had for nail treatment.
This is what I found and thought I'd give it a try...
This sounds like magic in a bottle! 5 days, huh... Well, we'll see.
First, let's take off what's left of that nail polish.

Then I trimmed them and filed.
Then painted a thin layer of magic on them
They look a little better, but not much.
We'll see what happens.  The directions say to paint a thin layer on everyday.
Ok.  I'm so excited for what lies ahead.
So much freedom!  I'm ready to roll!

One more bit of news...
My daughter is back in the states from her missions trip!
We go to pick her up on Saturday! Yay!

Before I'm done here, what things have you tried to help your nails grow and look healthy?
As you can see, I need A LOT of help!!
