Spicy Buffalo Crab Dip

Remember yesterday, I mentioned the other HIT at the Super Bowl party.
Hubby made this and it was sooo good!!!    Everybody was asking for this recipe too! :)
Spicy Buffalo Crab Dip

I have to tell you hubby is the "true" cook in our home.
Me... I've cooked out necessity.
He definitely has a love of combining and creating dishes.
I don't have the patience for it.
Anyway...
I was given a bunch of imitation crab meat and it has been sitting in the freezer.
He decided to make a crab dip.

We found a recipe on the internet, but he had to "enhance" it a bit, to make it more of his own. If Hubs was going to make it for our own family he would have made it a lot spicier.... but for a crowd that might not be big buffalo fans, he decided to tame it down. What's surprising is everyone loved our 2 buffalo dishes.

Spicy Buffalo Crab Dip

1/4 c. Buffalo Sauce (He used Frank's)
1 lb. of crab meat (or imitation)
1 - 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1/4 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. spinach, chopped(He used frozen)
1/2 c. cheddar or jack cheese, shredded
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
Crackers

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except the crabmeat, until smooth. Fold in crabmeat.

If serving warm - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.  Place the mixture into the baking dish, and bake until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.

May also be served cold.
Serve with crackers.
